Something beautiful that happens in my ongoing (now zoom) circles because we walk together in the ups and downs of life, is when someone gets triggered into the lies of insecurity, unlovabilty, feeling stuck/disempowered, we can help.
We say, “No, sis that is not true. I know you on a good day. I’ve seen your strength, your capability, your heart. I know your beautiful soul.”
We lift each other out of the river of despair.
I don’t teach arrival, bootstrap healing, “enlightenment” or any variation of individualist/capitalist/colonial myth.
I/we practice and support relationship, connection, interdependence, being human.
And we always find our way, TOGETHER.
That is the power of circles.
