Daily life in the modern world easily taxes our nervous systems with overstimulation, stress and trauma (generational and current). With overwhelmed and depleted nervous systems, we have increased difficulty finding our way in the face of challenges… and this becomes an unending cycle.

Join Sylvia as she weaves neuroscience, somatics and her spiritual counseling approach with ancestral life ways, Mother Earth and Grandmother wisdom rooted in Mexican traditional medicine.

Just as all of our ancestors did, we will return to the wild knowing in our bodies, our spiritual connection, our plant/herbal allies and the deep nourishment of ancestral foods and community healing.

This workshop will include:

  • Centering meditations
  • Tension and Trauma Release exercises instruction (see www.traumaprevention.com)
  • Grandmother medicine with seeds and herbal plant allies
  • Plant walk
  • Nature immersion
  • Desahogando (Unburdening) Support Circle- a time to share and support each other with current challenges, grief, anger, anxiety
  • Dreamtime with rebozo
  • Traditional limpias

Every gathering is a co creation with the land and those who attend.

Our supported nervous systems will help us remember our full capacity to move forward in our lives with clarity and love.
