This communal weekend workshop integrates:

With her no-nonsense and rooted approach Sylvia invites you to remember yourself and all that supports you in this embodied and experiental workshop. Steeped in Mexican Traditional medicine, Mother Earth and ancestral life ways, Sylvia will help you return home to your true self guided by your ancestors and spiritual connection, beyond systems of control and oppression. Herbal allies, our siblings in the natural world, as well as the sacred land we will sit with, will guide us.
Together, we will rest, remember, reconnect within and with each other. and dream into how our internal flourishing can support the healing and regeneration of the collective.
