In keeping with the spiritual nature of my services, I serve as a spiritual counselor, not a psychotherapist, because this more accurately reflects the importance of nurturing your spiritual connection as a path to healing. Whatever faith or non-faith background you are working from is always respected and we find paths to spiritual connection that work best for you.
As discussed under Naturally Conscious Healing I offer a blend of interpersonal and spiritual healing practices to support you in connecting within, including InnerBonding, meditation, prayer, nature awareness, natural living education, indigenous healing arts/shamanism, energy healing and conscious movement. Integrating these approaches provides a pathway for reconnecting us to our natural consciousness; the Divine within all of us that is there to be trusted (intuition/nature) and the Love/God (spiritual connection) that can guide us in all matters.
With openness and non-judgment, I assist clients to see the beauty of their soul, the supreme gift it is to care for one’s soul in powerful collaboration with Love/God, and practical ways to do this daily, moment by moment. This moves beyond “spiritual knowledge” to a living prayer or meditation where we choose and learn to be Love to ourselves and others in the “spiritual practice” of life.
I support you to Connect Within through:
